Make sure you use the “Government ID” then “State ID” option only, FYFL will not accept any other document types.
Please have your athlete’s State ID ready when you begin the age verification process. There is a $10 fee for registering an athlete for age verification or renewing your account.

If you registered for an account from a previous season, select Log In on the Sports Thread landing page after you select your age division below.

How to register your athlete for age verification with their State ID or renew an existing account for a returning user:
How to complete your athlete(s) age verification and registration with their STATE ID OR PASSPORT.
1. Select your athlete’s age division
2. Select PARENT + ATHLETE if you are new to Sports Thread or LOGIN if you already have an account. (If you LOGIN skip to step 5)
3. Add your PARENT information
4. Add your ATHLETE
5. Select your athlete to register
6. Fill out the league questions
7. Check the liability waiver
8. Complete payment
9. Upload your ATHLETE’S STATE ID OR PASSPORT (ONLY ages 5 and under can use a Birth Certificate)
10. Select your athlete’s team
To register multiple athletes, return to the division selection page, select your division, and repeat steps 2, 5-10.
